If you’re looking for an outdoor engagement photoshoot location with tall trees and an open field, Maybury State Park is a great choice! The park is located in Northville, MI and is large enough to give you some privacy during your photoshoot.

For Danielle and Andrew’s engagement photoshoot at Maybury State Park, we had lots of rain in the forecast! We chose to proceed with the shoot and make the best of it. These have become some of my favorite photos! The care-free nature of these two made for an incredibly fun shoot, and we used the rain as a main character in the shoot, embracing it!

Danielle and Andrew love adventures in their Jeep. We did a little photoshoot with the Jeep in the rain. Adding in a fun element like a car helped us to create some even more dynamic photos. Maybury was the perfect park for this, complete with dirt roads that were not busy so we could park the Jeep in the perfect spot!
