The Pine Knob Mansion was originally built in the 1920’s to be the summer home for Colonel Sidney Dunn Waldon, VP of Packard Motor Company and Cadillac Motor Company. The Carriage House was originally built to be Waldon’s carriage house for his horses, but now it is a modern-day venue with large windows and black and white flooring.

Pine Knob Mansion Weddings
The Pine Knob Mansion is ideal for intimate weddings, holding up to 150 guests. This historical estate features stained glass windows, stone walls, intricate wood paneling and chandeliers. The mansion offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, including an outdoor patio and spacious getting ready rooms.

It can comfortably host events of up to 280 guests and features a covered open-air pavilion for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or dancing.

The Pine Knob Mansion requires a deposit of $1,200 to reserve your wedding date.

The cost of weddings at the Pine Knob Carriage House vary depending on the day of the week and your guest count. All packages include a 22% service charge and are subject to 6% Michigan sales tax on top of the guest count cost.

Both venues offer all-inclusive packages featuring:
- 6-hour reception space and outdoor patio rental
- 5.5-hour premium open bar
- Three-course sit-down or buffet dinner
